Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Singularity: Collapse (the “app”), developed by Adam Ettinger (“we”, “us”), handles your information. The short version: the app is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The app has no user accounts and does not require you to provide a name, email address, or any other personal details to play.
Data stored on your device
To make the game work, the app saves your settings and progress locally on your device only, using your device’s standard app storage. This includes things like:
- game progress, levels reached, and best scores;
- daily streaks, freeze tokens, badges, and achievements;
- preferences such as sound/music settings, volume, and the visual theme.
This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us or anyone else, and is removed if you delete the app.
Internet access
The app does not require an internet connection to play. It may open external links in your browser only when you tap them yourself — for example, this website or your email app for support. We do not load remote content or send data in the background.
Purchases
If in-app purchases are offered in the future, they are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. We never receive or store your payment information. The app only records, on your device, whether a purchase has been made so it can unlock the corresponding feature.
Children’s privacy
The app is suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third parties
We do not share data with third parties, because we do not collect any. Aside from the Apple App Store and Google Play (which distribute the app and process any purchases), no third-party services, analytics, or advertising networks are integrated into the app.
Changes to this policy
If we update the app in a way that affects privacy — for example, by adding analytics or advertising — we will revise this policy and update the “Last updated” date above before that change ships. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
