Frequently asked questions

How is my progress saved?

All progress, scores, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device. There is no account or cloud sync, so your data stays private to your device — and is removed if you uninstall the app.

I uninstalled / changed devices and lost my progress.

Because everything is stored locally with no account, progress does not transfer between devices and is cleared when the app is uninstalled. We’d love to add optional cloud sync in a future update.

How do daily streaks and freeze tokens work?

Solving the Daily worldline each day extends your streak. You earn a freeze token every several consecutive days (up to a small cap); a freeze is spent automatically to bridge a single missed day so your streak survives.

How do I unlock new mechanics and modes?

New mechanics (wormholes, mass gates, gravity wells, entangled pairs, multiverse boards) are introduced as you progress, each with a one-time tutorial card. The Field Guide on the home screen shows what you’ve discovered and what unlocks next.

Is the music licensed?

Yes — the soundtrack consists of public-domain classical compositions that we synthesize ourselves within the app. No third-party recordings are used.

Do you collect any of my data?

We don’t run any accounts, servers, or analytics of our own, and your game progress is stored only on your device. The app does show optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob, which uses a device advertising identifier; in the EEA/UK you’re asked for consent first (changeable in Settings → Manage consent), and the Premium unlock removes ads. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
